What's the Minimum Order?
The minimum order for bulk ordering fragrances is $250. This is to ensure we can offer our customers the lowest prices on all the best designer fragrances.
All orders over $250 automatically qualify for free shipping to any location within the United States. If you would like more information on our shipping times, please get in touch with one of our customer service team members, who will be able to provide you with all the answers you need.
Are your designer fragrances authentic?
As one of the most trusted perfume wholesale distributors in the United States, we pride ourselves on only offering 100% authentic designer fragrances.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your bulk purchase, then please do not hesitate to contact our friendly and knowledgeable customer service team members, who will be only too happy to help you.
Do you sell fragrances in case packs?
Unfortunately, we do not sell designer fragrances in case packs. However, you can take 1s or 2s of any items, and you can cherry-pick. We welcome small orders more often, so you are able to take advantage of our amazing savings without needing to order more than you need.

What are your shipping times?
We understand that you want to receive your new designer fragrances sooner rather than later, so we strive to ship out most orders placed before 2 pm on the same day.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a link so you can easily track your order. If you have any problems with tracking your order or your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please do not hesitate to reach out to our friendly customer service team.
What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will be more than happy to give you a full refund. All refund claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
To start the returns process, please make contact with your personal salesperson to request a return authorization. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on cosmetics due to health and sanitation reasons.
